As an education and training organization, LiveWright uses recordings to support learning, development, and the continued evolution of our programs.

By participating, you grant LiveWright a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and create derivative works from recordings that may include your participation.

These recordings may be used for purposes including, but not limited to:

• Educational and training materials
• Program development and curriculum enhancement
• Marketing and promotional content
• Social media and digital distribution
• Future courses, programs, and publications

No additional compensation will be provided for such use.

3. No Expectation of Privacy

Participation in live sessions is voluntary. Due to the nature of group-based learning environments, you acknowledge that there is no expectation of privacy.

If you do not wish to be recorded or included, you may:

• Participate passively (camera and microphone off), or
• Choose not to attend

4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All materials, content, methodologies, and recordings associated with this event are the exclusive property of LiveWright, an education and training organization, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or share any portion of this content without prior written consent.

5. Agreement to Terms

By registering for or participating in this event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and Recording Consent.
