A 7-month structured engagement designed for senior leaders who are ready to work at the level their role and their life demands. This is not a coaching program. It is a developmental system applied to your actual life, in real time.

Month 1 is dedicated entirely to a deep assessment of where you are, how you are creating your results, and what becomes possible from here. Months 2 through 7 are the active engagement: weekly sessions, structured assignments, and 24/7 access when your situation requires it.

What is included
Month 1: Full Leadership Assessment In-depth lifestyle and leadership assessment. Options include up to 3 days of assessment when the situation warrants. 360-degree feedback. Personality and work-style profiles. Delivered: a 2-year executive development plan.
Weekly Sessions with Bob and/or Judith In-person, Zoom, or phone. You decide the configuration. Sessions address real-time leadership challenges through the Evolating™ framework.
24/7 Between-Session Access When your situation is time-sensitive, we are available. This is not a once-a-month coaching relationship.
Research-Based Materials and Assignments Models, frameworks, structured exercises, and recorded training resources from 35+ years of applied research and university-level curriculum.
Specialist Referrals When Indicated When the work requires it, Bob and Judith facilitate introductions to, and in some cases accompany clients to, specialist practitioners.
Investment: Starting at $5,500/month Ranging from $5,500 to $7,200/month depending on components determined in the assessment. Intensive coaching and support includes 24/7 access, weekly one-hour sessions with Drs. Bob and Judith, and a 2-day onboarding assessment (extendable to 2.5 days for family/friend inclusion). Organizational team coaching and training is available as a separate per-engagement service. Everything is discussed and recorded clearly in discovery and planning meetings.

Common questions

What actually happens in a discovery call?
Bob or Judith will spend 30 minutes genuinely understanding where you are in your leadership and your life. They will listen more than they speak. They may offer one observation or reframe. At the end, if there is alignment, they will share what an engagement together would look like, and you can decide from there. There is no pitch and no pressure.
How is this different from executive coaching I've tried before?
Most executive coaching addresses behavior, performance, and strategy. The Evolating™ model goes deeper, to the identity structures, unconscious patterns, and belief systems that are creating your results. It integrates Adlerian, psychoanalytic, existential, humanistic, and behavioral psychology into a single research-based methodology. The result is not just change. It is transformation that other people notice before you announce it.
Do I work with Bob, Judith, or both?
All three options are available and we will discuss what makes most sense for you on the discovery call. Some executives work primarily with Bob, some with Judith, and some with both. For clients with partners or spouses, couples coaching is also available as part of the engagement.
What is the minimum commitment?
Seven months. Month 1 covers the Assessment and Development Planning Day with Drs. Bob and Judith. Additionally, a 360-degree assessment and delivery of a 2-year executive development plan are available. Months 2 through 7 are the active coaching engagement. Most clients continue well beyond the 7-month minimum because the work opens a level of development that does not plateau.
What does the investment look like?
The investment for executive coaching, training, and support ranges from $5,500 to $7,200/month for Bob and Judith's individual services, covering three domains: leadership and the company, personal development, and family. Additional services include 360-degree feedback at varying depths, executive team coaching, trainings, and 2-year executive development planning. Everything is discussed and recorded clearly in discovery and planning meetings.
Is this confidential?
Completely. Everything discussed in the engagement, including the discovery call, is held in confidence. This is true for individual sessions, couples coaching, and any organizational context that arises in the work.
