This book literally 'found' me. I was going through the stacks in the library, and as I turned a corner, this book jumped out at me... The message is a compelling one: just make that one decision that will guide your life in all aspects. Not quite the easiest thing to do, but I'll give it a try.

I used The One Decision to help me out of a time when I was pissed off about the results I was getting in my personal life and my professional life. What I like about the book is that I focused on HOW I was living rather than being bogged down in to-dos. This was a different approach than what I had been doing and I was inspired to be clearer about what I wanted.
